It started with tools built for one customer at a time. A firm had a job, and we built the thing that did that job.
Doing it over and over showed what every build needed. We built those parts once, into a general-purpose agent.
Then the agent taught us things the one-off builds never could, and we put those back into the individual products. That loop is still how this works.
The platform now spans agents, a knowledge layer, 59 provider integrations and metered billing. It adds access control, data protection, offline field apps and the infrastructure underneath.
The agent platform is live and our MCP tools are open source on GitHub. We still build AI that works for you.

The loop, in one build
A specialist supplier came to us with customers asking rules-based questions their website could not answer. The parts already existed, so the working chatbot took hours.
Every change they asked for after that came from work we had already done. That is the platform doing its job.
The company
Opafex Ltd is a UK company, registered in England and Wales as company number 17330428. Harry Southgate founded it in 2025 and runs it from London.
